I test drove it. It didn't feel like a minivan or bus. Its a wonderfully designed piece of spaceship. Lot of space for a family of 3 or 4 to camp in and performs like a supercar.
1An SUV will never be as practical and usable as a minivan until they have the sliding doors. Having sliding doors, that a kid can't swing out and smash into someone else, with gigantic openings is extremely underrated.
1He says 'minivan' as if that is a bad thing. Which it is absolutely not. Minivans are incredibly space efficient and fantastic at carrying both people and cargo. In other words, the perfect family vehicle.
1I hope this vehicle better secures Lucid's place in the automotive market. I really want this company to succeed, as they seem to make two really great vehicles so far.
1I have never considered an ev at all, however I really love this model. It’s sleek in comparison to other brands. I’d say perfect. Your review has been excellent and thorough. I think this suv/minivan vehicle will be my next purchase. Thank you for your review.
1I agree household outlets should have been standard, but I just want to point out that it IS an available option for $600 to add 3 1900w outlets.
1The cup holders slide back and forth so you can better access that massive center console.
1I saw this car in person and I find its styling as a Wagon rather than minivan. Interesting car design.
1I gotta say, that fold out seat in the front is a small but brilliant idea, it so practical, I absolutely love it.
1The Gravity has the "Power Package" and "Technology Package" upgrades that provide 110 volt AC outlets in the vehicle.
1I just came here from the Engineering Explained channel where he pointed out the MANY glitches and failures of the Air, rather depressing. Hope their SUV does better
1Agree on the styling, but these things are incredibly beautiful in person and are such an engineering achievement. The packaging and dimensions inside alone are incredible given the size externally.
1The air suspension going so low means you get the benefits the Citroen DS gave you in 1960: SUV ride-height when you need it, coupe aerodynamics when you need it.
